Rocketry in Bali

28 & 29th November 2015: We were down in Bali for the Asia Pacific Regional Space Agency Forum (APRSAF2015) Water Rocket Competition as technical observers to their annual rocketry challenge organised by the Japanese Space Agency (JAXA). 14 countries from the Asia Pacific region qualified for the finals with Malaysia sending three teams. The participants had to design their rockets according to the stipulated requirements with the team from Thailand beating the rest of the competition in the Target category. We're glad to be a part of this fantastic and prestigious event and look forward to next year's competition. We had a great time and hope the kids had fun too.

Career Talk in Kelantan

22nd November 2015. Our Head of Academic, Mohd Yusfi Md Yusop gave a Career Talk to over 200 students from 10 different schools in the USM Kubang Kerian hall. The event was organised by MDeC to motivate the students to consider their future in the field of Science and Technology. I'm sure Yusfi inspired them into the right direction. Great job!!!
